Heard learned counsel for the applicants. Perused the relevant documents produced on record.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B and C". The order dated 06-12-2016 passed by the Registrar stands set aside and quashed. The delay caused in filing the application also stands condoned. The civil applications and first appeals be restored to its original stage subject to condition the applicants shall remove the office objections notified by the Registry within a period of three weeks from today, failure to which present order shall stand vacated automatically. 3.

The civil applications stand disposed of.
