2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner Shri Rakhunde submits that petitioner has two daughters aged 17 and 12 years respectively. Her husband died in an accident. The petitioner has filed application for getting custody of her minor daughters. He submits that the trial Court be directed to dispose of the petition for custody of the minor daughters within a specified period and petitioner be permitted to visit the children during this period. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for time bound disposal by the trial Court, however he objected for the petitioner to visit her minor daughters. He submits that in the trial Court a question was
( 2 ) 998 wp 4531.22 asked by the learned trial Court to both the daughters as to whether they would like to see their mother. Both of them refused to see their mother. In this view of the matter, I am not inclined to accept the request of the petitioner about the visitation rights. In view of this the following order is passed:
ORDER
I) The learned trial Court is directed to dispose of the petition within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the writ.
II) Writ Petition is disposed of.
