The Petitioner is aggrieved by filing of B Summary Report by the Respondent State. In fact once report is submitted, the complainant has an opportunity to contest the same before the trial

In that view of the matter, this Petition is premature. The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to contest the B Summary Report before the concerned Court, in case the same is not yet disposed of.
