In view of the order passed by this Court on 09.02.2024, the parties are present. The mediation was successful between them before the learned Mediator. The learned Mediator has then forwarded the compromise/terms of settlement entered into between the appellant and the respondent in a sealed envelope. The appellant and respondent have confirmed the said terms of compromise, after the sealed envelope was opened. Since they both confirmed the terms of compromise, the same is read and recorded and marked as Exhibit-'A'. In view of the same, following order is passed :-

ORDER

I) The appeal stands allowed.

961-fca-18-2021.odt II) The judgment and decree passed in Petition No. A-123/2018 dated 11.03.2020 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Osmanabad stands set aside. The said petition stands disposed of in terms of the compromise deed - Exhibit-'A'. III) No order as to costs.

IV) Decree be drawn accordingly.
