Learned counsel by inviting our attention to the grounds raised in the application and more particularly at the paragraph No.5 submitted that though the petition was posted before this Court for final hearing on 22.03.2018 Mr. Salunke, learned counsel was unable to attend the Court for personal difficulty. Learned counsel further submits that as the counsel was facing unforeseen difficulty, he was unable to make necessary arrangement to mention the matter before this Court and to make alternate arrangement. Learned counsel further submits
( 2 ) ca5460.18 that the petitioner has raised substantial grounds in the writ petition and dismissal of the petition on technical ground may put the petitioner to serious prejudice. As such the learned counsel prays for restoration of the petition.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and disposed of. Restore the petition to its original stage.
