This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court. 3.

In fact, it is an injury claim where the applicant/claimant has suffered permanent disability to the tune of 10%. The Tribunal has awarded the compensation strictly in accordance with the expected norms. In my considered view, the applicant deserves to be paid the entire amount of compensation subject to usual conditions. 4.
