This is an application by the original claimants seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court while preferring the appeal. 3.

A total amount of around Rs. 17,00,000/- has been deposited in this Court. The Tribunal has apportioned it as 30% to the widow, 5% to each of the parents. Rest of the claimants being minor, nothing can be allowed to be withdrawn as far as their share is concerned. 4.

Considering all the aspects, the applicant Nos.1, 5 and 6 are

ca6471-2019 allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,00,000/-, Rs. 75,000/- and Rs. 75,000/-, respectively, by furnishing usual undertaking. The application is accordingly allowed.
