Mr. Latange, the learned counsel submits that, application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, is filed on 24.04.2015, however, no decision has been taken on it as yet. 3.

The learned A. G. P. states that, if, the said application is pending the Authority would decide it on its own merits. 4.

In case, the application of the petitioner under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act (Exh. C, Page 42) is pending with the Respondent / Authority, the Respondent / Authority shall decide the same after hearing all parties concerned, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within nine (9) months. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
