PER COURT :- Though the petitioner has an opportunity to file election petition, he has not tendered the election petition. It was open for the petitioner to call for the record during the trial of the election petition. The limitation for presenting the election petition has also expired long back. The primary prayer made in the instant petition relates to direction to hold re-election of ward Nos.3 and 4 of the Village Panchayat Dhangar Takli, tq. Purna, Dist. Parbhani. The said prayer is not liable to be granted in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction conferred on this Court under article 226 of the Constitution of India and in the absence of making out any case for grant of such relief.
