PER COURT :- The grievance raised in the instant petition is that the direction issued by the Deputy Commissioner - Supply, Aurangabad on 6.9.2017 have not been complied with by the District Supply Officer.

In the circumstances, we direct the District Supply Officer to take steps in respect of Revision Application tendered by the petitioner and decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from today without fail.
