Mr. Golewar, the learned counsel submits that benefit of assured promotion after 24 years was given by respondent No.4, however, same is cancelled by the respondent No.3. Respondent No.3 thereafter, has referred the same to the respondent No.2 for guidance on 7.1.2015 however, the respondent No.2 has not taken any decision on the same.

Learned AGP submits that, in case, said proposal given by the Collector Office Latur to the respondent No.2 is pending, the decision over the same would be taken as per law. 3.

In light of the above, we pass following order.

ORDER

The respondent No.2 shall take decision on the letter dated 7.1.2015 (Exh.W) referred by the Collector Office, Latur to it and intimate the same to the Collector Office, Latur expeditiously and preferably within three months from today.
