The Petitioner has put-forth prayer clause 'A', as under- "(A) For a writ of mandamus, Order direction in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction, directing the respondent No.2 to grant approval to the promotion of present petitioner as Shikshan Sevak as per the Proposal submitted by respondents Nos.3 and 4 Outward No.111/2021-2022, dated 16.12.2021 (Exhibit 'D' Colly.) forthwith

2 wp 6109.2022 as per G.R. dated 10th June 2005 more particularly Clause-8 of the said G.R."

We find that the proposal of the Petitioner forwarded by his employer education society for approval as a Shikshan Sevak, dated 16.12.2021, is still pending with Respondent No.2 Education Officer (Secondary).

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with the direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the said proposal strictly in accordance with law, on or before 30.08.2022 and convey the decision to the Petitioner on or before 15.09.2022.
