The petitioner is awaiting decision regarding grant of approval to his transfer effected purportedly under Rule 41 and 41A of the Maharashtra Employees of Private. Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Rules, 1981. A proposal seems to be pending with respondent no. 3 since 08.01.2025 (Exh. C).

The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent no. 3 to take appropriate decision on the proposal, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within six weeks without referring to the government resolution dated 29.04.2024 and circular dated 03.10.2024.
