The present application is filed by the original complainant praying that he be permitted to intervene and oppose the revision application bearing Criminal Revision Application No. 85 of 2018 filed by the original accused challenging the orders passed by both the courts below. 3.
The only submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that he is the original complainant and on his complaint the FIR was lodged. Therefore, he is asking for permission to appear and oppose the revision application.

Learned counsel for the respondent (applicant in Criminal Revision No. 85 of 2018) opposed the application on the ground that the applicant is not having any right to be impleaded as party, but he can pray only to assist the prosecution.

Considering the prayer made in the prayer clause "B" and the fact that the applicant is the original complainant, he is permitted to intervene and assist the prosecution in the revision application. In view of this, the application stands disposed off.
