When this Court has shown its disinclination to grant relief, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that Petitioner is selected for the post of Police Sub-Inspector and because of pendency of present FIR against him, his future prospects are marred. 2.

Learned APP after obtaining instructions from P.P. appearing before learned Additional Sessions Judge informs that there are only 35 Session Cases pending before the said judge.

It seems that this case does not involve voluminous evidence to be recorded.

Hence, learned Additional Sessions Judge is requested to complete the trial in Sessions Case No.98/2022 within a period of
