This is an application filed for bringing legal representatives of sole Respondent, who expired on 17.01.2022. A copy of death certificate is enclosed.

The Applicant states that there are two legal representatives as disclosed in Paragraph No.2 against whom right to sue survived.

Since the application is filed within time, the same stands allowed. Applicant is permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent. Amendment to be carried out in the cause title of Second Appeal within 14 days. Thereafter, amended memo of Second Appeal to be served on the legal heirs of Respondent by issuing notice, returnable on 06.09.2022.
