Learned Counsel Ms. Karishma Sarin holding for Mr. Kulkarni for the Applicant tenders on record a copy of order dated 02.05.2025 passed by 3rd Joint Civil Judge (Senior Division), Aurangabad below Exhibit - 1 in L.A.R. No.121/2016. She would submit that the matter is settled between the parties and the compromise deed at Exhibit-108 is filed before the Reference Court. Vide order dated 02.05.2025, the proceedings were culminated into award in terms of compromise deed.
