All these applications have been filed by the original claimants for withdrawal of the amount. The acquiring body has filed appeals challenging the quantum. Taking into consideration the purpose for which the appeals have been filed, case is made out for partial withdrawal of the amount, the applicants in respective applications are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in each of the matter subject to filing an undertaking within a period of eight weeks that they would make the said
