This is an application seeking amendment in the memo of the writ petition. Heard Mr. Mandlik, learned senior counsel and Mr. Chitnis, learned counsel for the non-applicants.

The amendment sought is with regard to the implication of the Right to Fair Compensation and

-:(2):- 11641 Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013. Even otherwise the nonapplicant has right to raise challenge by way of an amendment in the writ petition. In light of the above, civil application is disposed of in terms of prayer clause (B). Necessary amendments be carried out within 14 days. Place the matter on 12th June, 2015.
