Per Court :- The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant/Petitioner, on instructions does not pressed the Petition and confined his prayer seeking directions to Respondent No.2 - the Deputy Director of Education, Pune, Division Pune to decide his representation dated 9th January, 2015 within stipulated time.

[2] Petition as well as Application are disposed of with directions to Respondent No.2 to decide the application qua representation of the Petitioner dated 9th January, 2015 as expeditiously as possible however, within three months from today.
