The parties are unanimous that in Civil Application No.10371/2019 in First Appeal No.2675/2018 by the order dated 06.09.2019, in respect of some other appeals arising from the same notification, this Court has allowed the claimants therein to withdraw 50% of the amount by furnishing an undertaking in usual terms and the similar order can be passed even in both these applications. 2.

In view of above statements, the applicants/claimants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body

ca12807-2019 in this Court by furnishing an undertaking in usual terms. The applications are accordingly allowed.
