ORDER

1.

Petition assails the order of election officer overruling objection by petitioner to nomination of respondent no. 5 on the ground that the audit report of the society concerned is of 'D' category but by interpolation and manipulation of record the same is apparently converted into category 'B' and that said society is a defaulter.

The petitioner had not supported his allegations about the society being defaulter or about interpolation/ manipulation as alleged.

In view of the same, I think this is not a fit case wherein intervention is called for.

Writ petition as such is rejected. It is, however, open to the petitioner to avail of the remedy as may be available in law, including election petition.
