We have perused the cause title of the petition. None of the respondents is situated in the territorial jurisdiction of this Bench. Apart from that, within the said jurisdiction, there is no cricket matches conducted by the IPL.

In that view of the matter, in our opinion, it is not desirable to invoke writ jurisdiction.

59.16PIL We do not express any opinion on merits of the subject matter of this PIL.

However, in the light of aforementioned observations, we dispose of the PIL.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner makes a gracious submission that the petitioner is inclined to give Rs.5000/- out of Rs.25,000/- deposited in the Registry, to the Library, High Court Bar Association, Bench at Aurangabad.

Registry to divert an amount of Rs.5000/- to the Library, High Court Bar Association, Bench at Aurangabad and refund the remaining amount of Rs.20,000/- to the petitioner.
