On 13.06.2022, we had passed the following order:- "1.
The petitioner has putforth prayer clauses (A) and (B) as under :- "A) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction thereby direct the Respondent no.3 to submit a proposal of petitioner for approval for the post of assistant teacher to the Respondent No.2.
B) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction thereby direct the respondent no.2 to consider the proposal for approval for the post of assistant teacher and to sanction the approval for the post of assistant teacher."

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12th July, 2022. The learned AGP waives

The petitioner relies upon the judgment delivered by this Court on 6th July, 2021 in Writ Petition No.7614 of 2022, filed by Prakash Dattatray Bagul Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors, at page No.67 of the petition."

The learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits, on instructions, that a fresh proposal, complete in all respects, would be filed with Respondent No.2. 3.
The learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 submits that after the proposal is received, the same would be decided expeditiously.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the direction to Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to submit a proposal of the Petitioner, within 15 days from today. Thereafter, Respondent No.2 would deal with the said proposal and pass an appropriate order within 30 days.
