DATE : OCTOBER 26, 2021 ORDER :- The appeal is filed by the State. The respondent-sole passed away before 5399 days. As such, the appeal stood abated long back. The State has not moved any application for condonation of delay and for setting aside the abatement.

This is an application moved by the legal representatives of the original claimant for the purpose that the amount deposited in the reference Court to be paid to them in the capacity as legal representatives of the original claimant. They can very well obtain heirship/succession certificate for the purpose. The application is rejected.
