The applicant/appellant has moved this application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by respondent No.1/ insurance company together with interest in view of disposal of appeal. 2.

The learned Counsel for respondent No.1/insurance company submits that in view of the disposal of the appeal, the insurance company has no objection to allow the applicant to withdraw the amount. The amount lying deposited together with interest accrued be paid to applicant as per usual practice of making payment.
