The Applicant Sansthan has put forth prayer clause (B), as under:

"(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No. 36 dated 11.01.2024 for reimbursement of the Educational Fees for the year 2023-24 to the permanent employees of the Applicant Sansthan for the respective wards, for which an amount of Rs.70,00,000/- ( Seventy Lacs) is required to be spent."

We are informed that the learned Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar, has approved the Resolution. The benefit is to be given to the permanent employees of the Sansthan.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (B).
