The Applicant/Shirdi Sansthan has put forth prayer clause (B), as under :- "(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No. 152 dtd. 05.03.2024 for extension of the contract of the earlier contractor supplying the Unskilled and Skilled contract workers on the same rates for which an approx. amount of Rs.10,50,00,000/- is required to be spent till 30.06.2024."

We have perused the Resolution No.152. We are informed that the learned Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar, as a Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee, has approved the same. We are informed that the unskilled workers are paid Rs.27,658/- per month, inclusive of GST and the skilled workers are paid Rs.30,081/- per month, inclusive of GST.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
