Dated : 23rd August, 2017 PER COURT :

1.

The petitioners are aggrieved by an interlocutory order dated 15/03/2017, by which, the ad-interim stay granted on 08/03/2017 by the Joint Charity Commissioner was vacated and the fair (Yatra) scheduled on 17/03/2017 was permitted to proceed as per schedule, under the guidance of the Board of Trustees.

2.

Shri Chapalgaonkar, learned advocate for the petitioners has strenuously criticized the impugned order. Shri Salunke, learned advocate for respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4 to 7 has prayed for

the dismissal of this petition.

3.

The Revision Application No. 24/2017, filed under Section 70 A of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 is pending final hearing before the Joint Charity Commissioner. 4.

I find that the ends of justice would be met by directing the Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur to decide the Revision proceedings within a time frame.

5.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed of with the direction to the Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur, to decide Revision Application No. 24/2017, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today.
