PER COURT:- 1.

We have heard Mr. Mundhe, learned counsel for the petitioner.

According to Mr. Mundhe, learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Patole respondent no.4 herein is not a physically disabled person and his certificate is also false. He does not possess the disability of hearing impairment.

The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is at serial no.1 of the wait list. 4.

Mr. Shahane, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that the

(2) 912-wp-3872-2018 case/certificate of respondent no.4 is referred to the Medical Board at B. J. Government Medical College and Hospital, Pune and letter has been recently issued to that effect on 22.02.2019 and without getting the report of the Medical Board, the appointment letter would not be issued to respondent no.4. The respondent nos.2 and 3 shall complete the process expeditiously.

In view of the statement made by respondent nos.2 and 3 the grievance of the petitioner now does not survive.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.

No costs.

In view of the disposal of the writ petition, the present civil application also stands disposed of.
