Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioners had challenged the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Amalner dated 25th March, 2019 whereby the applications for seeking tribe certificates were rejected. Post filing the petition, tribe certificates are issued in favour of the petitioners.

As the purpose of approaching this Court is duly served on the backdrop of the fact of issuance of tribe certificates in favour of the petitioners, nothing survives in the petition and accordingly same stands disposed of.
