The Applicant Sansthan has put forth prayer clause (B) as under:

"(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No. 100 dated 14.02.2024 and Resolution No. 144 dated 05.03.2024 for issuing appointments to the 25 posts which includes 8 Class III posts and 17 Class IV posts as it is a major policy decision."

We have perused page 28 in the Civil Application paper book, which indicates Clause (D). We are informed that entire list of 80 Class III posts and 168 Class IV, are compassionate appointments. Not a single appointment is other than compassionate appointment. The

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (B).
