Nobody present for petitioners. The learned AGP submitted that the amount was deposited by the Government as per the order made by this Court, but ultimately, the petitions filed against the Government came to be dismissed. The teachers had approached this Court and the amount was released in favour of teachers and no amount is pending in this Court. As there is nobody to prosecute the matter, dismissed for non prosecution.
