By this civil application, the petitioner seeks restoration of the writ petition, which came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clause B, subject to petitioner deposit cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) within a period of two weeks from today and undertakes to remove the office objections within two weeks thereafter.
