Since the interim order passed by this Court on 15.4.2024 was a conditional one and as the petitioner has not deposited the amount of Rs.15 lakh, the interim order granted on 15.4.2024 is vacated. Writ petition is also dismissed.

The petitioner has deposited Rs. One lakh in this Court in pursuance of the order dated 15.4.2024 as a pre-condition for grant of stay. Since there is no compliance of the order of depositing of Rs.15 lakh, out of the initial amount of Rs. One lakh deposited as a pre-condition for granting stay, amount of Rs. 50,000/- be given to High Court Bar Association, Aurangabad and amount of Rs.50,000/- be returned to the petitioner. ( ARUN R.
