Order :-

1. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners are claiming regularization of their possession over the land and seeking directions against respondents No. 5 and 6 to pass resolution to that effect.

Respondent No. 7 has filed affidavit-in reply stating that the petitioners have alternate remedy to approach Sub-Divisional level Committee/District Level Committee.

Learned counsel for petitioners states that the petitioners have already approached District Level Committee and the Collector has also

As petitioners have already approached District Level Committee, it is not necessary to go into the merits of the contentions of respective parties. The District Level Committee shall decide the proceedings filed by the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of this order. 5.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
