The learned A.G.P. raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. No costs.

The interim Order passed by this Court shall continue for a period of 4 weeks from today.

Needless to state that on lapse of 4 weeks interim protection granted by this Court shall come to an end.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner may point out to the Tribunal of the time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition.
