1) After hearing learned counsel for the applicant when this Court expressed that the Court is not inclined to grant the relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, submitted that he wants to withdraw the application. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
2) Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is pregnant and so proper care of the applicant needs to be taken. In the jail itself there must be facility like dispensary and the jail authority is expected to
2 Application 1849 of 2017 take proper care of the applicant as she is due to deliver child and if requires she is to be taken to proper hospital preferably Government Hospital for delivery and as per medical advice she is to be kept in Government Hospital.
