By the present petitions petitioners challenge the order dated 13.03.2015 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangamner rejecting plaintiffs' application for amendment of plaints.

After hearing both the sides, this Court by its order dated 21.11.2022 has already permitted petitioners/plaintiffs to amend the plaint. Petitioners have thus succeeded in the petitions. Nothing survives in the petitions and the same are accordingly disposed of.
