The applicant submits that the original proceedings in writ petition was filed in her maiden name as 'Shanta Shankarappa Annapurne', however, after marriage her name is changed as 'Shantabai Uttamrao Bakare'. Therefore, applicant seeks permission to withdraw the amount as per order dated 18.10.2023 in her present name i.e. 'Shantabai Uttamrao Bakare'. The applicant shall produce the evidence indicating the fact stated in the application before learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and

911_CA_6360_2024 after recording satisfaction the applicant shall be permitted to withdraw the amount in her name as 'Shantabai Uttamrao Bakare'. The applicant shall appear before learned Registrar (Judicial) on 15.07.2024.
