Heard learned counsel for appearing parties.

After perusal of First Appeals (Stamp) as well as Civil Applications for condonation of delay, it reveals that applicant i.e. Executive Engineer, Nanded Medium Project, Division Nanded has already been one of the appellant-applicant along with State of Maharashtra. In such circumstances, it is cumbersome to appreciate the prayers made in these applications. Therefore, the civil applications being inept stand dismissed.
