The petitioners seek directions against the respondents to allow the petitioners to appear in the upcoming examination of First Year B.H.M.S. Course.

It is submitted that now the examinations are scheduled on 2.6.2021. Respondents no.1 and 2 have to take the decision regarding eligibility of the petitioners.

Mr Narwadkar, learned Counsel for respondent no.2 on instructions submits that because of lock-down, the decision could not be taken by respondents no.1 and 2. Endeavour is being made to take the decision before the commencement of the examinations.

In case the decision is taken by respondents no.1 and 2 regarding eligibility of the petitioners, then further steps be taken in tune with the decision taken by respondents no.1 and 2.

In case the decision is not taken by respondents no.1 and 2 regarding eligibility of the petitioners, then the petitioners may be permitted to appear for the examination on 2.6.2021.

The appearance of the petitioners at such examination shall be subject to the further orders that may be passed by respondents no.1 and 2 considering their eligibility.
