After perusal of First Appeal Stamp No. 10017 of 2012 as well as Civil Application No. 11964 of 2012 for condonation of delay, it reveals that applicant i.e. Executive Engineer, Nanded, Medium Project, Division Nanded has already been one of the appellant-applicant along with State of Maharashtra. In such circumstances, it is cumbersome to appreciate the prayers made in this application. Therefore, the application being inept, stands dismissed.
