PER COURT :- Heard.
The petitioner has challenged the tender notices dated 15.2.2018, 3.3.2018 and 19.3.2018 issued by respondents No.1 to 3. The acceptance of tender submitted by respondent No.4 is also challenged.
While issuing notices, by order dated 20.4.2018, this Court directed that, if work order was not already issued, it should not be issued.
In reply filed on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3, it is
{2} wp 3945.18.odt stated that the work order was issued to respondent No.4 and he had supplied the machines and payment is also made to respondent No.4.
In the above facts, we are not inclined to consider the grievance of the petitioner in the extraordinary jurisdiction. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to take appropriate proceedings for claiming damages, if so advised. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
