The learned Advocate for the Applicants / Acquiring Body tenders across the bar Applications for extension of time to deposit 25% amount as directed by this Court by Order dated 13.12.2024 and the same are taken on record.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body that the time of six weeks granted by this Court to deposit 25% amount came to an end on 24.01.2025. He submits that today itself the Acquiring Body would deposit 25% amount pursuant to the aforesaid order. He seeks extension of time.

The learned Advocate for the Respondents / Claimants and the learned AGP for the State submit that appropriate orders be passed. 4.

Since the Acquiring Body is ready with the Cheque and they undertake to deposit the same during the course of the day, the time to deposit 25% amount granted by this Court by Order dated 13.12.2024 is extended till tomorrow i.e. 08.04.2025.
