Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicants are seeking bail in Crime No. 89/2023 registered with Chandanzira Police Station, Jalna. The applicant has not been identifed. However, only on suspicion they were arrested and recovery of some money has been shown from them. The transcription of the CCTV footage is also not available. The material investigation appears to have been completed against them. In the facts and circumstances of the case, they may be granted bail on

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant No.1 Diyasing Barihamsingh Kalani and applicant No.2 Lallusingh Jilesingh Kalani be released on bail on furnishing P. B. and S.B. of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No 89 of 2023 registered with Police Station Chandanzira, District Jalna for the ofence punishable under Section 394 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on the following conditions : (a) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) They shall attend the Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Ofcer on written notice till fling the charge sheet.

(c) They shall not involve in the similar crime.
