Heard. Issue notice to respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives service for respondents No.1 and 2. For the reasons given in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Delay condoned. Appeal be registered. 2.

The record indicates that, the application has been filed way back in March 2019, but circulated for the first time just a week before. As such, there is delay of two and half years in seeking circulation of the matter. True, about a little over one year was wasted due to Pandemic, Covid-19. In view of the same, the applicant/ appellant shall not be entitled for component of interest or any other monetary benefits for the delayed period of 841 days plus one and half year next after presentation of the application.
