DATED : 2ND MAY,2016 PER COURT :- Heard counsel for the applicants and respondent no.2. 2] Perused the application. Although the petitioner has claimed the relief by way of directions, the reliefs claimed in the applications are more in the nature of suggestions. It is therefore, desirable that the suggestions as put forth by the applicants to bring improvement in the administration as well as to bring transparency in the work with Shirdi Sansthan be considered by the ad-hoc committee appointed to manage the affairs of the Shirdi Sansthan.

3] We therefore, direct that these applications be considered as representation made by the applicants to the ad-hoc committee appointed by the Court. The counsel for the respondent no.2 is

ca4764to4766-16 -2directed to forward the applications to Chief Executive Officer Shirdi Sansthan who in turn is directed to place the applications with Annexures before the ad-hoc committee for its consideration to take appropriate decision. It would be desirable if the committee allows the applicants to appear before the committee and put forth their views in the matter. We direct the committee to take appropriate decision within three months from the date of this order. With these directions, applications stand disposed of.
