Learned A.P.P. filed on record communication dated 10.10.2025 issued by Investigating Officer of Fardapur Police Station mentioning that 'C' Summary is already filed since it was revealed in the statement of victim under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure that her birth date was '12-062005' and at the time of incident she had already completed 19 years of her age. But thereafter by stating false birth date, her sister lodged false case against the applicant. 2.

We are also informed that the victim has married with accused Jagan and they are staying together.

In view of above, nothing survives in the present application and it stands disposed of as cause of action does not survive.
