The petitioner is awaiting decision of the respondent-MUHS on his representation/request seeking exemption of one year in a three year post graduation course for having obtained a two year diploma and in accordance with the policy.

The learned advocate Mr. Bayas, who appears for respondent no. 1, on instructions, submits that respondent no. 1-University would consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.1.2025 (Exh. Q) on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks. 4.

In the light of above, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent no. 1 to take appropriate decision on the petitioner's representation within four weeks.
